CashEye/Product

One chain from
record to decision.

CashEye isn’t a bundle of separate modules. A record is written once and lands in balances, cash flow, calendar, forecast, risk, tasks and the audit trail in the same operation.

Modules

Seven workspaces,
one data model.

The menu is filtered by role, so everyone lands on the screen their decision needs. Underneath, there is a single ledger.

Overview

Finance Cockpit

Cash position, the 180-day horizon, what needs attention and recent movements on one screen.

Cash

Flow and calendar

Actual, planned and forecast kept apart, day by day, with collection and payment centres.

Accounts

Customers, banks, cards

Ageing and payment behaviour; consolidated bank position and card limit risk.

Instruments

Cheques, notes, loans

The cheque lifecycle; principal, interest and instalment schedules on the obligation side.

Intelligence

Forecast and scenarios

Confidence-weighted cash forecast, scenarios that never touch source records, and the risk centre.

Operations

Tasks and approvals

Every alert links to a task or an approval; payments above the threshold go through maker-checker.

System

Roles and audit

Users, seven role levels, integrations and an audit trail of every critical change.

Quick action

One menu, eight records

Movement, collection, payment, cheque, card, loan, task and company - one click from anywhere.

One operation, many outcomes

What happens when you
record a receivable?

Say you split a 500,000 TRY receivable into a 200,000 bank transfer and a 300,000 cheque. One command, one atomic operation.

1

Customer account

The company balance and ageing are updated.

2

Open item

The receivable is recorded as an open item.

3

Collection and cheque

A planned collection and a 45-day cheque enter the portfolio.

4

Cash flow

Two cash items and a calendar entry are created.

5

Forecast and trail

Forecast, KPIs, events and the audit record are written.

What if it fails halfway? It can’t. Every step is written in a single atomic operation - if one fails, none are written. Send the same request twice and you still get one record.

Cash forecast

Certain cash and probable
cash are not the same.

Each item enters the daily close weighted by how likely it is to happen. The safe threshold is set per company and checked separately for every forecast day.

  • Available cash = bank balances − restricted amounts
  • Daily close = previous close + inflows − outflows + weighted forecast
  • Every day below the threshold is flagged as a cash gap

Scenario mode

“What if I push
this payment back?”

In scenario mode you drag items on the finance calendar. Source records stay as they are; the change lives only in the calculation. Minimum cash, the gap date and the difference recalculate instantly.

  • Base case and scenario, side by side
  • Scenarios can be saved and shared with the team
  • Applying one to real records is a separate step that needs permission

Risk centre

Risk isn’t a list.
It’s the next step.

Alerts scattered across modules come together in one centre and are normalised from 0 to 100: 0-30 low, 31-60 medium, 61-80 high, 81-100 critical. Every row links to a task, an approval or a scenario.

  • Cash, collection, customer, cheque, card, loan and FX risk
  • Card usage warns at 70% and turns high risk at 85%
  • The same event never opens the same task twice

Automation

The part that works overnight
and is ready by morning.

Critical financial calculations run on the server, not in the browser. Even if the same event is processed twice, no second record is created.

When cash flow changes

The forecast is recalculated; any day below the threshold is flagged as a cash gap.

Nightly: overdue collections

Past-due items turn overdue and produce a risk, an alert and a single task.

Daily: cheque due dates

Alerts and tasks open for cheques and notes coming due.

Payment approval

Payments above the threshold enter the approval flow; the requester can’t approve their own.

Card usage risk

Limit usage is monitored and a risk record is created when the threshold is crossed.

Audit trail

Every critical change is written with who, when, before and after.

Quick entry

one menu.

Every form carries the fields real finance operations need, with relational validation and plain-language error messages.
